Headquartered in France, our consulting firm was born from the desire to bridge international standards with Mongolian priorities, helping clients walk confidently through complexity and toward sustainable progress.
With nearly two decades of global experience in finance, law, and development, our team brings both a bird’s-eye view and boots-on-the-ground knowledge. We understand that no major transformation happens overnight. It takes strategy, partnership, and moving forward one step at a time.

Founder – International Finance and Banking Law Expert
Batchimeg brings over 19 years of experience in international finance, with a strong track record across both corporate and development banking. She has held positions within renowned institutions including VTB Bank’s Paris branch, the Union of Arab and French Banks (UBAF), and the French Development Agency (AFD), where she has contributed to complex cross-border financial operations and policy development.In parallel with her professional career, Batchimeg has also been active in academia. She has lectured in International Public Law and Private International Law at the National University of Mongolia, further demonstrating her commitment to knowledge transfer and legal scholarship.
Batchimeg holds a PhD in Private International banking Law from the State University of Tomsk, Russia. She also earned a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine and a Postgraduate degree in Banking Law from University College London (UCL).
